Oliver Hurskainen, Founder

Oliver is a highly experienced professional with a background in the restaurant industry, having spent over 10 years in the scene. He has worked in a variety of notable restaurants, including nori sushi, umeshu, g.W sundamnns, muru, pastis, and basbas. He also had the opportunity to co-found basbas & staff wine bar. In addition to his experience in the restaurant industry, oliver has also worked with major companies in the hospitality sector, such as red bull and foodora, and also involved in hella food. He is the driving force behind sylt, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to the table.

Martin Wichmann, Co-Founder

Martin is an accomplished entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in business development across various industries. He has a proven track record of successfully setting up and growing businesses. His extensive knowledge of finance and operations has been instrumental in driving the success of the companies he has been involved with. As the ceo of kraftpal nordics, martin has demonstrated his ability to lead and manage teams effectively. He has helped the company achieve significant growth and success in a highly competitive market. In addition to his role at kraftpal nordics, martin serves on the board of konsensus association and the northcrypto exchange. He provides strategic guidance and insight into business development and financial management.

Arif Samaletdin, Advisor

Arif is an experienced business creator and developer with background in the digital, brand and marketing communications industry. 2005-2020 arif samaletdin played a critical part in developing the digital agency activeark to become an industry leader in finland and in expanding activeark to london, stockholm other european cities as well as to mumbai, india. Later activeark was aquired by wpp and in 2014 activeark together with other wpp agencies founded the global agency, mirum. Arif samaletdin became the helsinki office ceo in 2018 and in 2021 he founded his own company called samaraï. Samaraï is a business development company with two branches, Samaraï advisory and samaraï ventures.

Sami Benamed, Advisor

Over a decade as an entrepreneur in hospitality industry. The man behind Son of a Punch and Pizzeria Via Tribunali. Sami has created one of the hottest concepts in Finlands restaurant industry, Pizzeria Via Tribunal. In addition to Via Tribunal, Sami manages the business of Son of a Punch, which consists of four concepts; Liberty or Death, Trillby & Chadwick, Bobs Laundry and Catering. Sami is a long term thinker and believes that to be successful as a restaurant you need to combine numbers driven mindset together with interesting concepts.
